Can I just say how much I love my family. We are kind of hilarious. On the way Jack and I were sizing up other plane passengers, trying to decide who would fill what roles if our plane were to crash and we got "Lost.". Plenty of new inside jokes resulted... I'd tell you but you kind of needed to be there.
Luckily we didn't have to test our Lost social theories and our travel to Guayaguil was seamless. In fact, the trip from Miami to Quito was awesome... it felt like a first class ticket. I highly recommend LAN for that reason!
We are enjoying a meager breakfast and the off to the airport. I hope the wifi at our house in the Galapagos works as well as it does at hotel La Fontana in Guayaquil. I also recommend this hotel if you happen to be travelling in the area. We are up early and the person that runs the breakfast bar hasn't arrived but the night clerk made us grilled cheese :-) Poor fella doesn't know where the coffee lives in the kitchen, but he wisely called a cab for us.
Galapagos (and coffee) await!
